Registration Procedure

All participants for ICIC 2026 must make the timely registration. Each paper must be accompanied by at least one individual. Mandatory registration and the registration fee must be paid by May 12, 2026. Without a dedicated registration, the paper and poster can not be included in Springer-Nature Proceedings and the website of the Poster-Open Access (http://poster-openaccess.com/).

Please carefully revise your paper until NOT any problems are existing, then carefully typeset your paper by following Springer’s Proceedings Templates arranged above. Note：Please DONOT use any other software like LaTex to edit your paper!!!

Note: The "Camera-ready Registration Site" link here is the same as the "Camera-ready Registration" link in the Author Account System — That is, this link points to the Camera-ready Registration page within the Author Account System —So you only need to register once.
